Refunds

If a design doesn't work for you, for example the export fails in your browser or the file won't import into your editor, email hello@hardcutfx.com within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you.

Refunding an order disables its licence key, so clean downloads stop working for that purchase. Files you've already downloaded must be deleted.

You can try every design for free first: the watermarked download is the same file, with the watermark.
